We have been finding that many of the people who know us today do not realize the extent of our involvement in the hobby over the course of many years. The purpose of this section of our site will be to give some background as to our history and experiences dating back to the mid 1970's.

This section will be an ongoing project to develop so check back periodically to see what has been added.

1904 MORS by ROTHSCHILD:

This car was discovered in the early 1980's in totally fire destroyed condition in Long Island, NY. An extensive restoration was performed including the recasting of the aluminum crankcase. The car went on to win many awards including the "French Cup" at Pebble Beach. The car now resides in Europe in a well-known collection and can be seen most years being enjoyed in the London to Brighton Rally. I wonder who the young guy is in the photos????

1937 MERCEDES 540K SPORT CAB. A:

This car was modified at one time by the well known Tom Barrett. After an extensive restoration the car has been transformed back to its original and proper form. Photos of this earlier customized version are still being found in various print publications as though it still exists. In restored condition the car is magnificent as evident by the photo.

HERSHEY CRONICLE HEADLINE PAGE FROM 1994:

"Car Guys" and "Traveling Criminals" in the same headline from October 6, 1994. The Late Bill Pollock, Barry Dougherty. and Ralph DeStefano. In all honesty it really was Bill's idea to put that parking ticket on the other guy's car in Downtown Hershey the year before....
